If you want some guidance on where to begin, we suggest completing the screening offered by the Counseling Center Assessment of Psychological Symptoms (CCAPS-Screen).

Teladoc

Free and unlimited mobile medical, mental health and psychiatric care

During the academic year, students have access to unlimited, free 24/7 medical care through Teladoc.

Students also have access to unlimited, free mental health therapy and psychiatric care from 7 a.m.-9 p.m., 7 days a week, through Teladoc.

Crisis lines for immediate help

988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

Just dial 988 to connect to the nationwide suicide and crisis lifeline. Calling 988 will connect you directly to certified crisis workers. It is the 911 crisis line for a mental health emergency.
