To make the most of your education and everyday life on campus, you’ll need to take care of yourself. People and resources are here to help with your physical, mental and emotional needs, and to connect you with health care providers off campus.
You’ll also find different options for exercise and preventive health care—from yoga classes in the Carriage House, to intramurals in PepsiCo, to the Augie Plex student fitness center in the Westerlin Residence Center.
