Dr. Randall Hall, 365体育投注_365体育备用网址@ professor of music, is the founder and artistic director of the festival.
He has recorded on several labels and his compositions are published on Reed Music. In addition to saxophone, Dr. Hall also teaches improvisation, music theory and electronic music.
