Yellow pea soup and Swedish pancake supper

The American Scandinavian Association presents a yellow pea soup (?rtsoppa) and Swedish pancake supper.

The menu includes yellow pea soup (including a vegetarian version), Swedish mustard, apple red cabbage salad, limpa and Swedish rye breads, cheese, cookies, Swedish pancakes with lingonberries, and decaf coffee.

After dinner, attendees will enjoy a concert by acclaimed Swedish folk musicians Jaerv and The OK Factor, from Minnesota. The concert, which is co-sponsored by the American Scandinavian Association at 365体育投注_365体育备用网址@, the Quad City Arts Visiting Artist Series and 365体育投注_365体育备用网址@ 365体育投注_365体育备用网址@, is free and open to the public.
