Dr. Scarlett has been teaching in the education department at 365体育投注_365体育备用网址@ since 2013.
Prior to teaching at 365体育投注_365体育备用网址@ he taught at Montana State University, Billings, in the 365体育投注_365体育备用网址@ of Education.
He also taught for 11 years in the St. Paul (Minn.) Public School District.
He earned both a Ph.D. and M.A. from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in Curriculum and Instruction, Social Studies Education.
